Guest Responsibility Policy
At Offline Dating Events, we’re committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. To help ensure the best possible experience for all guests, we ask that participants honor the following expectations.
We reserve the right to restrict future attendance or participation if these standards are not met.
Event Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where ticket sales do not meet minimum requirements or when gender balance cannot be achieved. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, you will be offered the option of a full refund or a transfer of your ticket to a future event.
Please note that ticket sales are open to the public, and we cannot control or guarantee the specific individuals who choose to attend an event. While we make every effort to create a balanced and enjoyable experience for all participants, attendance is based on public ticket purchases and is subject to availability.
Punctuality Matters
Guests must arrive on time. Those who arrive more than 20 minutes late without advance notice may be denied entry.
Tickets for late arrivals are considered redeemed and non-refundable.
No-Shows Without Notice
Guests who fail to attend without providing reasonable notice may receive a strike on their profile.
Accumulating two strikes may result in removal from future event eligibility.
Early Departures Without Cause
Leaving an event early without valid reason disrupts the experience for others and may result in future attendance restrictions.
Respect for Others
Abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or fellow guests will not be tolerated.
Anyone displaying such behavior will be asked to leave immediately and permanently barred from all future events.
Honesty and Eligibility
Providing false information — including age, relationship status, or identity — to bypass event requirements or policies may result in denied entry or future disqualification.
All violations are assessed at the sole discretion of Offline Dating Events. In all cases, affected tickets are non-refundable and considered used. Our goal is to maintain a safe, positive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site in a way that infringes the rights of, restricts, or inhibits anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the website.
User Accounts
